Food is CRITICAL to fitness achievement. If YOU aren't eating enough of the right foods YOUR goals will not be achieved! So how much is enough? Depends on your goal:
General Health: 1600 to 2000 calories per day
Advanced General Health: 2000 to 2600 calories per day
Athlete: 5000 calories or more per day
